Reinforced Edge Support: The core feature is the pocket spring system which includes 3 rows of 2.2mm thicker springs on all four sides. This ensures superior edge support, preventing sagging when sitting on the edge and maximizing the sleeping surface.

Contouring Comfort: The top layer features a combination of eco fiber, 2.5cm egg shape foam, and 1cm foam, along with an additional 2cm comfort foam filling. The egg shape foam promotes airflow and cradles the body effectively.

Durable and Stable: Built on a foundation of polyester fabric and eco fiber, the mattress provides long-lasting stability and durability.

A shipping estimate will be generated once you have added all items to your shopping cart and confirmed that your shipping address, suburb, and postcode are correct. All shipping rates are displayed in New Zealand dollars and delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.

We offer both urban and rural delivery services within New Zealand. Please note that JUOL Living only delivers within New Zealand. A minimum delivery fee starting from $60 will apply, depending on the distance from our Auckland warehouse.
Payment must be made in full before delivery can be scheduled. Delivery times may vary based on stock availability and your location. If no specific delivery date is requested at checkout, we will notify you one day in advance before the delivery.
Please note that deliveries cannot be made to private boxes or PO boxes.
Oversized, overweight, or special items may not be available for delivery to some rural areas, or additional charges may apply. Please contact our customer service team to discuss available options.

Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind. We are happy to exchange your goods within 7 days or refund in full in 7 days with the original packaging. Terms and Conditions will apply. (Full package without any damage, and reselling condition), otherwise a 20% refurbished cost will apply. We will be responsible to repair if there is any manufactural faulty rather than a refund.
1) For return orders, please ship the item back to us at your own cost.
2) Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
For purchases made using multiple payment methods, any refund will be made to the original tender types.
3) If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
4) When returning an online purchase, the original delivery charges will not be refunded.
5) When returning an item to us by post it is your responsibility to return the item to us in a safe way – Irelax is not responsible for items being returned to us that are lost or damaged in transit.
