JUOL Living Shipping Policy

Delivery

A shipping estimate will be generated once you have added all items to your shopping cart and confirmed that your shipping address, suburb, and postcode are correct. All shipping rates are displayed in New Zealand dollars and delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.

For locations not included in our shipping options, please contact us at info@juolliving.co.nz. Our team will provide a tailored shipping quote for you.

We offer both urban and rural delivery services within New Zealand. Please note that JUOL Living only delivers within New Zealand. A minimum delivery fee starting from $60 will apply, depending on the distance from our Auckland warehouse.

Payment must be made in full before delivery can be scheduled. Delivery times may vary based on stock availability and your location. If no specific delivery date is requested at checkout, we will notify you one day in advance before the delivery.

Please note that deliveries cannot be made to private boxes or PO boxes.

Oversized, overweight, or special items may not be available for delivery to some rural areas, or additional charges may apply. Please contact our customer service team to discuss available options.

Timeframe:

Auckland: 1-5 Working Days

North Island: 3-7 Working Days

South Island: 3-10 Working Days

Pick Up (Click & Collect)

JUOL Living also offers a Free Pickup (Click & Collect) service. Due to high demand, same-day pickup is not available. Please book your pickup appointment with our customer support team in advance.

Our team will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
You may also arrange a third party to collect on your behalf. The person collecting the order must present your invoice number and provide your authorisation. Prior confirmation is required before pickup.

General Shipping Information

  • Deliveries are made to your door only (ground floor).

  • Additional charges will apply for:

    • Express or same-day delivery

    • Carrying goods upstairs or into lifts

    • Assembly services

    • Other extra services upon request

Depending on the size and weight of the items, these additional service charges range between $40 and $120 per item, per person, per level of staircase.

For larger items requiring upstairs delivery, availability of the service will be assessed on-site by the delivery personnel.

Our delivery partners will follow standard delivery instructions provided. Please note:

  • JUOL Living is not responsible for unavoidable delivery delays.

  • Third-party delivery companies do not unwrap, dispose of packaging, or remove old furniture.

If you are unavailable to receive your delivery at the scheduled time, a new delivery date will be arranged and a redelivery fee may apply.

Any damages during transit must be reported to JUOL Living and the carrier within 24 hours of receiving goods, supported with photo or video evidence.
